Established patients may also use online scheduling. Before scheduling an appointment, please use the following guidelines to decide which type of appointment suits you:
- for a regular follow or new problem that has not been evaluated, choose standard appointment
- if you have a cold, a UTI or a similar acute problem, choose a brief appointment
- for extended or new patients, please get approval from Dr. Unverzagt
- if you need a same or next day appointment, please call or email
ALSO, PLEASE REMEMBER, YOU MUST RECEIVE AN ADDITIONAL CONFIRMATION FROM DR. UNVERZAGT BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT CAN BE CONSIDERED APPROVED. WHILE THE SYSTEM IS NEW, THERE ARE STILL EXISTING APPOINTMENTS THAT MAY NOT BE LOADED UP ON TO THE WEB YET. IN ADDITION, YOU MUST CONTACT DR. UNVERZAGT DIRECTLY FOR SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS.
