Make an Appointment

Established patients may use online scheduling for an appointment after tomorrow. If you wish to schedule as a new patient, you may not use this link unless you have gotten permission from Dr. Unverzagt.

For an appointment today or tomorrow, you must call or email. The online system blocks out the same or next business day appointments. Before scheduling an appointment, please use the following guidelines to decide which type of appointment suits you. If you have a question about what type of appointment to schedule, feel free to contact Dr. Unverzagt.

1. for a regular follow up or new problem that has not been evaluated, choose standard appointment
2. if you have a cold, a UTI or a similar acute problem, choose a brief appointment
3. for an extended appointment or new patients, please get approval from Dr. Unverzagt

Two things to remember

1. If you want to be seen today or the next business day, you must call or email.
2. You will receive email confirmation shortly after you schedule your appointment. This confirmation email contains a link that allows you to cancel or reschedule your appointment simply by clicking it. Please save your original email confirmation. A subsequent reminder email will be sent to you a day or two before your appointment. This reminder email does not contain any links and therefore does not allow you to reschedule via the web.
